And if it remains just you and me
Both alive among the casualties
Will you ask me on your bended knees
To write another history?
Or will you be clever enough and see
It is also time for us to leave?
And if it remains just you and me
Both alive among the casualties
Will you ask me on your bended knees
To write another history?
No, it is time now for us to leave...

Really like this album. Very melodic but not at the expense of heaviness, and the symphonic aspects add to the music's emotional resonance. The compositions are varied and well thought out and the music on a whole has quite a theatrical feel at times. Some guy

Canadian Death / Doom. There are a few Post-Metal elements here as well to add into the mix. This is an extremely interesting album! I love the vocals too, especially the French / Québécois ones... :) So good I have now bought it twice! No faves & highly recommended! bmurator

I wasn't ready for this album, but it burst into my life through a brick wall like the Kool-Aid man on methamphetamines and beat the living daylights out of me just for the hell of it. As others have mentioned, this is an unrelenting and vicious slab of chaotic blackened death metal that levels everything in its path, takes no prisoners, and is not for the weak of heart. If there is a Guinness Book of World Record entry for metal, then the drummer of this band should be included. PannionSeer
